Florida Baseball: Caglianone Ties Program Record for Career Hit-By-Pitches

Florida senior outfielder Jud Fabian tied the program record for career hit-by-pitches on Friday night, getting plunked in the Gators' 9-1 loss to LSU in the SEC Tournament semifinals.
Fabian was hit by a pitch in the second inning, giving him 57 for his career. He is now tied with former Gators outfielder Austin Langworthy, who was hit 57 times from 2018-21.
Fabian has been one of the most durable players in the SEC during his career, playing in 198 of Florida's 208 games since the start of the 2021 season.
The Gators (38-21) will face Kentucky (36-22) in an elimination game on Wednesday in the SEC Tournament. The winner will advance to the championship game on Thursday.
